Are you our new Crew Controller?
We now seek to strengthen our Operation Control Center (IOCC) with Crew Controller, based at our Head Quarter at Oslo - Fornebu. Come join our Team!
The Control Center delivers operational services to Norwegians Air Operators Certificates (AOCs) and is a fundamental platform for enabling schedule integrity to deliver an unrivaled product to our customers.
Workplace is at our headquarters at Fornebu, and working hours are continuous shifts.
This position reports to the Manager of Crew Control & Replanning.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the daily traffic flow related to the crew.
- Coordination of crew and planning of the individual flights to ensure an efficient and profitable operation.
- Actively participate in the daily operation, in close cooperation with the other functions in IOCC
You are our ideal candidate if:
- Experience in the Aviation or Transportation industry, preferably related to Operation Control Center.
- Any knowledge or experience with any crew schedule system
- Knowledge about applicable rules and regulations within the aviation industry is an advantage.
- Analytical skills related to process and value chain systems.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders and efficiently communicate and present complex topics.
This job will be for you if you are:
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and structured
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand complex software systems.
- High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently.
- Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages - written and spoken.
Workplace Requirement
- This role is office-based and requires full-time presence at our office
- Please note that this position operates on a shift schedule, including day, evening, and night shifts.
