Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Users to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate grooming / refinement sessions within the Team
• Ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented correctly throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communicate to platform users on new / deprecated platform featuresSupport testing and validation of new features to ensure they meet business and user expectations
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and test cases
• Prepare cost and benefit analysis
• Maintain comprehensive internal/external documentation including process flows, feature specifications and use cases
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data, AI, or cloud platform projects
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services, especially those related to data and AI (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Azure ML)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications 
• Experience with data governance, data architecture, or MLOps
• Background in data science or software engineering is a plus
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Azure technologies
