PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace organization to hire a Data Analytics Specialist who is passionate about data quality, governance, and advanced analytics. Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $76.35 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant 12-Month Assignment
What You’ll DoAs a Data Analytics Specialist, you will support enterprise data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable data across SAP environments. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations that enable informed decision-making
Developing KPI reports to monitor data quality, system performance, and business outcomes
Performing comprehensive data profiling to assess consistency, completeness, and accuracy within SAP systems
Identifying patterns, anomalies, and data gaps to enhance data integrity
Developing and implementing data quality rules, validation checks, and remediation strategies
Supporting data migration and integration efforts in preparation for SAP S/4HANA transformation
Collaborating with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, and others) to resolve data challenges
Utilizing Snowflake to model, analyze, and optimize enterprise data
Ensuring adherence to data governance standards and best practices
Documenting methodologies, processes, and data governance frameworks
Supporting training initiatives and helping teams understand the value of data-driven insights
Driving continuous improvement and automation within data management processes
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience; or advanced degree; or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Strong proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard design, calculated fields, and performance optimization
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning
Strong knowledge of SAP environments (SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, or similar)
Experience with data profiling, data quality, and governance tools such as SAP Data Services or Informatica
Understanding of data migration, integration, and transformation processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) for data profiling and validation
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migrations
Experience with scripting or automation tools
Knowledge of additional visualization tools such as Power BI
Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks and best practices

Pay Details: $76.35 per hour
