Job Summary:
As the Junior Analyst, you will ensure smooth operations of our core business systems through user access management, troubleshooting, and first-line technical support. No experience required—just attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Job Responsibilities:

- Creation of jobs
- Maintenance of existing jobs
- Dayforce Imports
- Creation of new import templates
- Organise, version control, and maintain a centralised repository for all import templates; ensure templates remain current with system upgrades
- Investigate and resolve import failures; work with stakeholders to correct source data problems
- Integrations
- Monitor and maintain integrations between Dayforce and other systems
- Global integrations implementation support i.e. OneApp, Aquera
- Dayforce SFTP
- Securely maintain SFTP credentials and manage access for authorised users
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, file transfer failures, and authentication problems
- Jira
- Provision user accounts and optimise license allocation
- Create and maintain new projects and dashboards
- Assist with testing activities using Xray
- Dayforce environments
- Attend and document environment management meetings, track decisions and action items
- Maintain environment tracker
- Support and facilitate change coordination

- Provision user accounts and licenses, manage sharing permissions, and conduct access reviews
- Create, organise and maintain folder hierarchies, ensuring appropriate access controls

- Serve as initial point of contact for technical issues
- Prioritise and triage tickets appropriately
- Test and implement standard changes
- Maintain knowledge base articles and resolution procedures for common issues
- Shared mailbox management
- Monitor shared mailboxes, prioritise incoming requests, and ensure timely responses
- Maintain folder structures to efficiently categorise and archive communications

- Review reported issues with the recruitment system, gather necessary information, and escalate to appropriate users
- Create and modify user accounts, assign appropriate permissions based on roles, and process access removal requests
