Role IntroductionReports to: Occupational Health Manager
You will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate occupational health policies and protocols to address the Company’s occupational health and wellbeing needs.
In this role, you will contribute to creating a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with health standards and promoting employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support occupational health programmes
- Assist in planning and managing medical benefits and emergency response procedures
- Promote health initiatives and wellbeing activities across the Company
- Support absence management processes to enable early intervention and return to work
- Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and fitness for duty assessments
- Develop and review procedures for managing in-flight medical incidents, including medical kits, first aid kits, assistance protocols, and hygiene monitoring
- Contribute to public health and crisis management planning
- Provide support for passenger services, including accommodations for passengers with disabilities and complaint investigations
- Assist in implementing the Company’s Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Programme
- Organize and support Company-wide wellbeing events
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Internal Medicine, Coronary Care or Emergency Medicine
- Nursing license in Hong Kong preferred
- Experience in occupational health, medical insurance or employee wellbeing is an advantage
- Familiarity with Hong Kong’s healthcare system
- Overseas medical training or work experience is a plus
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Chinese language skills (Cantonese and/or Putonghua) are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficient in MS Office, with project management and analytical skills as a plus
