Launch Teams is seeking a Planner/Scheduler for a project in Victorville, CA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Analyze our SOW (task cards)
- Provide a work sequence and flow out the plan
- Issue work packages to our crews of mechanics
- Read Customer Contracts
- Read Customer issued SOW
- Analyze the SOW against the contract (Needs vs Wants)
- Help bid SOW (Hours)
- Understands the Commercial Heavy Maintenance World
- Able to read the Boeing MPDs tasks and Customer tasks by pulling information on access panels, ATA codes, zones, skill sets, pre-draw, tooling, etc.
- Able to Visualize a workflow
- Understand the customer AMM, SRM, IPD, AD/SB, etc.
- Properly accounts for time and materials used in all inspection and maintenance activities.
- Comply with repair station procedures (RSM /QCM) and company policies (SOP) when performing aircraft or component maintenance.
Qualifications and requirements:- High School/ GED
- 10+ years experience in aviation, preferably MRO
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
