We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Aerospace Technologies team, reporting directly to the IT Manager. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC and follows a hybrid work schedule.
You will play a critical role in driving system improvements, bridging communication between business units and IT, and ensuring technology solutions effectively support business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, innovation, and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective technology solutions.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Evaluate complex systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery across enterprise platforms, data systems, and infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply innovative thinking to solve complex business and technical challenges.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise standards, architectures, and best practices.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, functional analysis, or a related field.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or equivalent.
- Experience with business requirements analysis, solution design, and process modeling.
- Experience in data analysis, data migration, and systems integration initiatives.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
