About the RoleAs an Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment to analyze, design, and test complex electrical systems. Your work will directly support mission-critical programs and ensure products meet rigorous performance, safety, and regulatory standards. This is an onsite opportunity in Chandler, Arizona, offering the chance to gain hands-on experience with innovative aerospace technologies.

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)
Pay Rate: $35 to $45 per hour
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis, design, and testing of complex electrical systems based on defined objectives.
Review internal, customer, industry, and regulatory requirements to support system and subsystem design.
Conduct detailed analyses and present technical findings to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead development, coordination, and execution of test programs to evaluate design performance.
Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct comprehensive failure investigations.
Apply industry and company engineering standards to ensure compliance and quality.
Perform qualification, acceptance, and characterization testing, including test data analysis.
Identify performance trends and characterize off-nominal component behavior.
Support trade studies, risk analysis, and design reviews.
Collaborate with integration, test, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and peer review support.
Maintain safety as the highest priority in all work activities.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred QualificationsActive Secret Security Clearance or higher.
Experience with missile systems and related standards.
Background in electrical component or subsystem design, testing, integration, or deployment.
Experience preparing and releasing engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
Root cause failure analysis and resolution of electronic system nonconformances.
Ability to evaluate risk and uncertainty in complex designs.
Experience mentoring and cross-training team members.
Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, and electronic loads.
Experience using analytical tools such as MATLAB or Python for data analysis.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
