About the RoleAs an Engineering Test Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly, validation, and qualification of advanced actuation products. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring safety, quality, and performance in aerospace systems. This position offers the chance to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Job Type: Full-time Consultant (6 months)
Location: Monroe, WA 98272
Schedule: Monday–Friday, first shift with availability for second or third shift based on business needs
• 1st shift: 7:00 AM
• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM
• 3rd shift: 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will support all aspects of product testing and development, including:
Fabricating, assembling, and using test fixtures and test rigs
Assembling and testing hydraulic and electromechanical actuators
Performing acceptance testing of hydraulic and electromechanical products
Ensuring calibration and certification of all testing instrumentation
Coordinating maintenance activities related to the test area
Supporting external lab testing when required
Performing basic machining operations, including drill press, Bridgeport milling, deburring, and polishing
Maintaining accurate test documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma, equivalent certificate, or bronze level WorkKeys certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical and hydraulic products or related mechanical experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems
Strong blueprint reading skills, including geometric dimensioning and tolerances
Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
Strong technical, mechanical, and computer skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related technical field
General hydraulic theory and knowledge
Hands-on machining or lab testing experience

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
