Purpose of Position
As a Mobile Software Developer, you’ll bring full-stack expertise to drive the design, development, and deployment of high-performance mobile applications. This role is integral in connecting user interfaces with various backend systems—ensuring seamless, reliable, scalable, observable and secure experiences across platforms. You’ll take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from wireframes and APIs to final release, helping aviation professionals engage with powerful mobile tools built on sound architectural principles.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain mobile applications and full-stack solutions using Swift, Java, Flutter, React Native, and various backend technologies
- Enable teams to deliver high quality, maintainable software through test driven development (TDD) and paired programming practices
- Architect and implement user-facing features integrated with APIs, databases, and cloud services
- Publish and maintain apps on Apple AppStore and Google PlayStore
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, reusable code connected to scalable backend logic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver features across front-end and server-side components
- Apply full-stack development patterns to create secure, efficient, and maintainable mobile solutions
- Ensure interoperability between mobile applications and enterprise backend services, SDKs, and third-party APIs
- Refactor legacy code and introduce modern frameworks and tooling
- Contribute to system-wide architectural planning and API strategy
- Stay current on full-stack trends and mobile technologies to inform product innovation
