BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional systems engineer for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Forces acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), the Sentinel weapon system.

This Systems Engineer will work with a highly skilled team developing and reviewing model-based systems engineering products; namely the engineer will be expected to develop/update interface control documents in collaboration with the Prime Contractor. The candidate is expected to work alongside product teams and engineers and be presenting data and reports to the US Air Force customer. • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field at an accredited university or college.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering and integration, with a strong emphasis on interface management.

• Demonstrated proficiency with requirements decomposition concepts and tools.

• Demonstrated capacity to edit and review MBSE products in-situ using MBSE software like Cameo, Rhapsody, DOORS, etc.

• Familiarity with relationship traceability in digital architectures.

• Proactive person with a positive attitude and a “team player” mentality.

• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.

• Possess a willingness to learn while also sharing your current knowledge/skills.
