Role Summary
* In this role, you will apply an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions, integrating technical parameters and ensuring compatibility across physical, functional, and program interfaces. You will perform analyses to optimize system architecture, address quality and reliability factors, support requirements management, and resolve cross-functional technical issues. Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Minimum of 9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Prior experience in Systems Engineering, including system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.
* U.S. person required for export compliance. Professional Attributes

* Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification criteria.
* Evaluate customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements and assure compatibility across interfaces.
* Develop, manage, and validate system requirements, including technical specifications and supplier requirements.
* Conduct design reviews and technical assessments, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure system performance and reliability.
* Support, maintain, and improve requirements management processes, tools, risk management, issue resolution, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessments.
* Resolve cross-functional technical issues and contribute to the optimization of system architecture and design. Physical Requirements & Environment
