Boeing Defense, Space, and Security is seeking Mid-Level Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Procure to Pay Development team.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Position Responsibilities:

• Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects
• Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
• Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
• Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
• Supports the development and implementation of strategies
• Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
• Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
• Develops risk mitigation / system testing plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain

• More than 3 years of experience supporting customers across multiple program functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units
• Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
• Experience with contracts, proposals, terms and conditions, schedule, pricing, government flow downs
• More than 3 years of experience with SAP S4HANA procurement

Travel

• Must be willing to travel up to 20 of the time.

Summary pay range:

Berkely, MO/Hazelwood, MO/Huntsville, AL/Mesa, AZ: $76,500 - $94,500

Tukwila, WA/ Everett, WA/ Ridley Park, PA: $81,600 - $100,800
