What are your contributions to the team?
• You will develop reports on the production status, including any delays or issues that may arise regarding product delivery, using established indicators through documents and visual aids.
• You will participate in and provide improvement ideas for production lines, with the goal of generating short, medium, and long term changes.
• You will establish communication with support teams to obtain up to date information on the status updates of actions.
• You will manage approvals and delivery deadlines to ensure compliance with assigned timelines.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
• It is desirable that you have at least 6 months of experience in the production area.
• You hold a degree in Aeronautical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• You make decisions based on the needs of the production line and the monitoring of indicators for improvement.
• You have an intermediate level of English, capable of maintaining a basic conversation.
• You have knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• You enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as an ambassador to ensure action closure.
• You have knowledge of Power BI
