The team of the A320 fleet consists of active pilots as well as "non-flying" employees in the administrative area. First and foremost, the fleet management would like to be available as a constant and competent contact for its flight crews.Your tasks:

• Supporting the fleet management in the performance of flight operations tasks
• Assistance in advising and supporting the fleets pilots in coordination with the fleet management
• Assisting with the creation and maintenance of internal and cross-fleet processes
• Supporting quality monitoring by means of flight reports, actively proposing solutions where necessary
• Assisting with the organization of special and press flights
• Support with administrative tasks in the area of A320 training and secretarial services
• Assisting with the creation, maintenance and updating of reports, statistics and presentations
• Support in the implementation of cross-sectional tasks

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, cost and benefit awareness, strategic understanding
• Friendly and courteous demeanor
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
