What are your contributions to the team?
- Process spare part orders via telephone, email, and online portal, and follow up on customer deliveries
- Manage critical part shortages to support the return-to-service of aircraft on ground (AOG)
- Manage client expectations during AOG events by providing timely and consistent communication
- Oversee internal and external procurement flows to maintain service levels and meet inventory and budget requirements in a dynamic environment focused on increasing customer satisfaction
- Handle discrepancies and deviations in planned inflows by proposing solutions and ensuring suppliers understand their commitment to customer and operator satisfaction
- Place purchase orders and manage portfolio activities related to invoicing and purchase order pricing issues
- Analyze varied situations in high-pressure environments and make efficient, well-structured decisions
How to thrive in this role?
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (an asset)
- Experience using SAP (an asset)
- Available to work 12-hour shifts (day/night and weekends), if required
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
