PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the electronics manufacturing, selling, and spaneting industry to hire a Production / Warehouse Associate in Rochester, NH. As a Production / Warehouse Associate, you will support critical warehouse and production functions that ensure IT equipment is properly received, tested, processed, inventoried, and shipped. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will directly impact product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Receiving, unpacking, and moving IT equipment
Recording equipment specifications and condition details into the ERP system
Performing diagnostic testing on computer equipment
Disassembling systems and harvesting/testing reusable parts
Stocking inventory and preparing items for shipment
Safely operating warehouse equipment, including forklift, baler, and compactor
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols
Supporting other functional areas based on business needs
Completing additional job-related tasks as assigned
Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this role.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency in basic math
Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE in designated areas
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and team lift anything above 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is performed in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, and temperature variations. Duties may require sustained visual concentration, repetitive hand and wrist motions, standing, sitting, stooping, squatting, walking, and reaching. All responsibilities are performed in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
