Supply Chain Compliance
The scope of this position encompasses the requirements to ensure that procurement activity is consistently within the guidelines of Bell’s rules, policies, and procedures as well as Government requirements. Coordination with internal functional management, departments, staff, and external customers (both Government and applicable Customers) is a normal occurrence.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Supply Chain Compliance Professional
Perform ongoing small-dollar PO audits and capture trends and provide training on gap correction.
Participate in and support continuous streamlining initiatives to benefit Compliance, Supply Chain, and other functions
Review, record, and debrief the end products of all procurement actions, to ensure adherence with all applicable government, customer and company processes and procedures.
Track and monitor action items and metrics for assigned areas of support, conducting trend analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with various functions as well as process supplier onboarding activities including supplier annual certification and non-disclosure agreements (PIEAs)
Assist with review and implementation of policies and procedures as well as with various monitoring and reporting requirements.
Aid with training as needed and perform special projects and additional duties, at the request of Compliance Manager.
Assist the Small Business Officer with various reporting tasks including audit preparation, identifying weaknesses and recurring trends, and making recommendations on procedure and/or process change to achieve higher efficiencies.
Create ad-hoc reports to support cross functional teams for audits, management reviews, and special projects.
