Job Title: Warehouse Tool ClerkJob DescriptionJoin our team as a 1st Shift Tool Clerk, where you will be an integral part of maintaining and managing our inventory. This position requires you to work from Sunday to Wednesday, 6am-4:30pm. You will be responsible for checking inventory and managing the signing in and out of tools for mechanics using our specialized computer system.
Responsibilities- Check and manage tool inventory.
- Sign tools in and out to mechanics.
- Perform cycle counting and pick tools as needed.
- Calibrate tools and verify stock.
- Inspect tools and check for damage or missing parts.
- Work with maintenance workers to receive work orders via a tablet.
- Work in the warehouse as needed.
- Ensure detailed inspections for safety, especially with airplane parts.
- Utilize forklift and scissor lift training provided.
Essential Skills- Experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.
- Ability to perform shipping and receiving tasks.
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
- Punctuality and strong attendance record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience with receiving inspections and cycle counts.
- Ability to pick and stage parts for technicians.

Work EnvironmentOur facility is unique, newer, and capable of holding eight 747 airplanes. The work environment is clean, well-lit, and organized, though it can be chilly or hot depending on the season due to hanger operations. Employees are encouraged to dress appropriately with layers in winter. Required attire includes closed-toed shoes, steel-toed boots, gym shoes, or work boots, along with jeans and a comfortable work shirt.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
