Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)
We're seeking skilled A&P mechanics with line maintenance experience to support our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role supports scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across multiple commercial aircraft platforms. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, competitive compensation, and room for career growth.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $38/hour
  • Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $85,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
  • Per Diem: Up to $54,080 annually (tax-free), based on $880.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

Work Schedule
  • Multiple shifts

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as required.
  • Mechanics will be required to sign for work accomplished.
  • The mechanic in performing his/her duties is required to be constantly alert for defective, worn or failed parts as well as safe working condition.
  • The mechanic may be assigned to such housekeeping duties as policing his/her work area or repair and maintenance of company property.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor or higher management.

Qualifications
  • A&P License
  • 5+ yrs 767 or 757 experience is highly preferred
  • Prior experience on Boeing 767 Classic & Next Generation Aircraft
  • Prefer 3+ years B737/B747/B757/ B767/B777, A320 or ERJ Line Maintenance experience.
  • Prior hands-on experience in line maintenance
