Job Description:

Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)
Were seeking skilled A&P mechanics with heavy maintenance experience to support our growing MRO operations outside of Cincinnati, OH. This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and upgrades across multiple commercial aircraft platforms. Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $33/hour (DOE)
Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
Per Diem: Up to $45,760 annually (tax-free), based on $880.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

Work Schedule

Multiple shifts, 3x13 - 4x10s - 5x8s.

Key Responsibilities

Overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, powerplants, aircraft communication equipment and associated components in accordance with Company manuals, manufacturer’s manuals, including policies, Procedures Bulletins and Orders.
Mechanics will be required to sign for work accomplished.
The mechanic in performing his/her duties is required to be constantly alert for defective, worn or failed parts as well as safe working condition.
The mechanic may be assigned to such housekeeping duties as policing his/her work area or repair and maintenance of company property.
Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor or higher management.

Qualifications

A&P License
2+ yrs 767 experience is highly preferred
Prior experience on Boeing 767 Classic & Next Generation Aircraft
Prefer 2 years B737/B747/B757/ B767/B777, A320 or ERJ Line Maintenance experience.
Prior hands-on experience in a line or heavy maintenance Transport or Regional Jets environment
