Role Summary
* In this role, you will repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, operate ground support equipment and industrial vehicles, interpret mechanical engineering drawings, assist with inspections and troubleshooting, and maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies while documenting all work performed. Education & Job Requirements
* FAA Airframe License.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience on Bombardier products OR 4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
* Basic PC skills.
* Authorized to work in the U.S. Professional Attributes
* Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective work order and time management. Preferred Skills
* Experience with Bombardier enterprise systems.
* Knowledge of aircraft systems and component repair.
* Ability to perform aircraft weighing procedures.
* Familiarity with Tech 1 requirements. Job Duties & Functions
* Repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
* Operate aircraft ground support equipment and industrial vehicles such as scissor/boom lifts and forklifts.
* Maintain hand tools and demonstrate inventory control.
* Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and aircraft component repair.
* Interpret mechanical engineering drawings and perform work according to manuals and regulations.
* Document work accurately in compliance with FAA and company requirements.
* Participate in 5-S activities and maintain safety and environmental compliance. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Lift and handle aircraft components and tools.
* Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
* Work in a hangar environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and aircraft fluids.
* Flexible to work required hours to meet operational needs.
