This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability, shift differentials, and long-term growth potential.

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour (3rd Shift)
Available Shifts (Sunday–Thursday):
Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on building and manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair systems including RTUs, fans, and facility equipment
Utilize the Megamation system to track preventive maintenance schedules and work orders
Monitor and follow up on assigned KPIs
Track and maintain records of water and energy consumption for the campus
Support production teams with facility-related maintenance needs
Coordinate with and oversee contractors performing service work
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
Required Skills & ExperienceMechanical and control systems knowledge
Minimum 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with manufacturing or facility equipment
Ability to use test equipment and measuring tools (thermometers, wrenches, hammers, etc.)
Basic mechanical knowledge
Electronic knowledge helpful
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred QualificationsMechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and lubrication/greasing
Sandblasting experience
PLC knowledge (troubleshooting only — no programming required)
Strong ability to work independently and support production operations

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
