The Boeing Company is currently hiring an Experienced Contract Management Specialist to join the Presidential Aircraft Program supporting the team in San Antonio, Texas.
The successful candidate will join the team responsible for supporting the design, delivery and future sustainment of two airplanes for the future Presidential Aircraft Program.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Position Responsibilities:
Represents the company to diverse customers, including U.S. Government, and manages formal customer correspondence
Leads cross-functional proposal development and contract negotiation efforts
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
Exercises commitment/signature authority to negotiate and contract for the development or sale of high-performance defense and aerospace products
Administers and interprets complex contracts and agreements during the entire acquisition and product lifecycle
Reviews and analyzes contractual terms and conditions, Performance Work Statements (PWS) and ground rules and assumptions
Analyzes relevant business risks and develops mitigation solutions for review and implementation
Develops transaction review and approval documentation, leads briefings/reviews and obtains required approvals from senior level management
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience with government contracts
3+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with U.S. Government Customers
3+ years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and able to multi-task and manage expectations

Summary pay range: $90,100 – $121,900
