As Head of the Quality department, you will ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen the quality system and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Lead the Lufthansa Portugal Quality Team and develop the employees
• Ensure compliance with ISO, EASA regulations and all quality processes
• Coordinate with Lufthansa Technik departments and external stakeholders on quality-related matters
• Promote awareness of quality, OHS and EHS across the organization
• Participate in regulatory and customer audits, both external and internal
• Oversee occurrence reporting, analyze nonconformances and report outcomes to management
• Ensure training compliance and deliver training when required
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Managing Director

• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
• Degree in Engineering or Economics
• Strong regulatory knowledge (EASA, ISO) and solid business understanding
• Experience in Quality; Aviation experience is a plus
• High integrity and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Team-oriented, customer-focused and confident in interactions
•  Intercultural competence, flexibility and strong planning skills.
• Strong decision‑making and sense of responsibility.
