Duties & Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Own and manage training project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
- Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Develop project charters, scope documents, and milestone plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, risks, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively resolve issues to prevent project delays.
- Collaborate with Training Development, Learning Technology, Flight Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Flight Training Network (FTN) to drive project execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring action items are captured and tracked to completion.
- Manage communication across teams, providing regular project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support GTM execution for new training initiatives and strategic projects.
- Standardize project workflows and create repeatable processes for training product launches.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices for training project execution.
- Monitor project risks, proactively mitigating issues that could impact delivery timelines or customer experience.
- Ensure that all training projects meet Cirruss quality standards, working closely with the Training Development team.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to refine future project execution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in flight and maintenance training or aviation-related industries.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Wrike, Project, or similar).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in project management processes and methodologies, especially agile.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, drive solutions, and ensure accountability across teams.
- PMP, CAPM certification preferred.
- Experience working with LMS platforms, digital training products, flight training, or maintenance training initiatives.
