Role Summary
* In this role, you will coordinate and administer the L3Harris Quality Management System, conduct internal audits, manage QMS documentation, support corrective action processes, track and maintain quality records, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, DCMA, and other relevant standards. Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (Master's preferred).
* Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in process auditing focused on AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements in aerospace and defense.
* Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
* Experience managing SharePoint sites, document control systems (e.g., eTQ EQMS), and SAP Quality and Purchasing modules. Professional Attributes

* Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, 5-Whys, and Pareto analysis. Preferred Skills
* Lead Auditor Certification for AS9100 preferred.
* Experience with quality metrics, KPI tracking, and trend analysis.
* Familiarity with OASIS and NADCAP databases.
* Experience in heavily regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, space, or medical. Job Duties & Functions
* Coordinate and administer the migration of QMS documentation to the L3Harris SharePoint site.
* Manage internal audit systems, including CAB support, scheduling, and execution.
* Review, update, and release QMS documents per company and regulatory standards.
* Track corrective actions, perform root cause analysis, and monitor implementation.
* Support quality system improvements and maintain quality records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100 standards.
* Audit supplier activities for compliance to quality clauses and purchasing requirements.
* Assist in defect tracking, evaluation, and trend analysis to reduce recurrence.
* Schedule and deliver quality training to maintain compliance.
* Perform internal audits and generate audit reports with minimal supervision.
* Collaborate with functional leads to measure, monitor, and report trends and improvement opportunities. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to work in a standard office environment with frequent computer use.
* Minimal physical requirements; primarily desk-based work with occasional movement for audits, site visits, or training.
* Willingness to travel up to 10% of time as required.
