Supply Chain Manager
30 - 41 per hour
Morson are currently recruiting for a supply chain quality manager to manage the quality of engines. Based at a supplier site in Derby, you would be acting as a representative of our commercial Aerospace client, ensuring that engines supplied follow strict quality controls and delivery standards. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in the Aerospace sector previously and has a strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing engineering and quality.
The role is based full time on site in Derby on a contract basis until the end of 2026. We can pay a rate of 30.64 per hour PAYE or 41.00 per hour Umbrella inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Suppliers’ performance monitoring.
- Load and capacity analysis.
- Rate readiness analysis.
- Supply chain intelligence management.
- Transfer of work management.
- Correction: non-conformity eradication
- Prevention: implementation and management of APQP and quality improvement plan
- Risks identification and assessment
- Mitigation plan definition and execution
