As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving advanced manufacturing strategies and initiatives within the ISC Engineering NPI team. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations and optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence. Your expertise in advanced manufacturing and process optimization will contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will report directly to our ISC Engineering NPI Manager and work out of our Clearwater location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company by driving innovation, cost efficiencies, and product quality in our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, implement cutting-edge technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to make data-driven decisions, lead a team of engineers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations will be crucial to our success.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• 2 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization
