You will report directly to our Sr ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our San Jose, CA location on an On-site work schedule.
As an Assembler - Level 5 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting complex mechanical and electronic components to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to produce high-quality products that meet our customers needs. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be critical in maintaining the high standards of our production processes.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production line, ensuring that our products are assembled correctly and meet all specifications. Your work will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations and help us deliver top-notch products to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8 plus years’ experience working as a mechanical/solder assembler in a production environment.
- 8 plus years’ experience working with small hand tools such as tweezers and torque drivers and experience working under a microscope.
- 8 plus years’ experience in soldering small surface mount and through hole parts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
WE VALUE
- IPC 610 certification a plus.
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills are required for this position including ability to complete online training, email, and computerized time-keeping.
- Good written and verbal skills and ability to carefully follow written instructions.

For California, the annual base salary range is $67,750-$76,187.50. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
