About the RoleAs an Assembler – Level 1, you will play an essential part in producing high?quality components and assemblies. You’ll work with hand tools, follow detailed work instructions, monitor equipment, and maintain accuracy in production data—all while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Assemble and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
Use hand tools to assemble parts following written and visual work instructions
Operate and monitor production equipment within your assigned work area
Perform basic equipment changeovers and setups
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with all safety rules
Record, analyze, and report production data accurately
Participate in improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
Support continuous improvement methodology throughout the manufacturing process
What You Need to SucceedBasic Qualifications (You Must Have)Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
Ability to follow written and visual work instructions
Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand tools
Preferred Qualifications (We Value)Experience using SAP, VKS, or similar systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to analyze information and troubleshoot basic issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong coordination, motor skills, and communication abilities
Certifications in fabrication, electronic assembly, or related areas

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
