Job Title: Deburr OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Deburr Operator to join our team. This entry-level position involves performing a variety of duties related to deburring operations. The ideal candidate will receive on-the-job training for six months and work under direct supervision.
Responsibilities- Complete Deburr operations as specified in work orders.
- Accurately complete paperwork related to work instructions or job functions.
- Perform tasks in all designated shop areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times, adhering to the 5 S’s standards.
Essential Skills- Deburring
- Grinding
- Sanding
- Polishing
- Use of hand tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to handle small, delicate parts and standard measuring equipment simultaneously.
- Minimum vision requirements: Near and far vision of 20/30 in both eyes, corrected or uncorrected.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a moderate noise environment. Physical demands include frequent lifting or moving up to 50 lbs, and specific vision abilities such as close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required. The role also involves driving and operating a forklift. You will work on the 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, from 5:30 AM to 2 PM.
