About the RoleAs a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production moving. Your expertise in material handling will directly support the efficient manufacturing and delivery of HVAC products used across the industry. This is a hands-on position where precision, safety, and reliability truly matter.
What You’ll Do Day to DayOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport materials safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials at points of origin and destination
Utilize warehouse technology such as PCs, scanners, and inventory systems
Complete required paperwork and administrative tasks related to shipments
Follow all safety procedures and comply with operational guidelines
Operate multiple types of equipment, including:
Required & Preferred QualificationsRequired:
Valid forklift/operator certification or specialized license
Ability to safely operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment
Comfort working with technology and basic administrative tasks
Preferred:
Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
3–5 years of experience strongly preferred
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
