Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable MRO Technician to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations for electrical and mechanical components. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety in a production environment.

• Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul on electrical and mechanical components
• Troubleshoot issues and perform diagnostic testing
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble parts according to specifications
• Use hand tools, testing equipment, and precision instruments
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Previous MRO, mechanical, electrical, or technical repair experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• $23/hr starting pay
• Raise up to $24–$26/hr after 90‑day training period

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
