Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment at the San Francisco Airport.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of cuisines, contributing to both a la carte and buffet services.
- Support high-volume kitchen operations with consistency and speed.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production.
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure they meet safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Essential Skills
- Experience in food preparation and line cooking.
- Knowledge of maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a high-volume prep environment.
- Proficiency in customer service.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Active Food Handlers Card and adherence to local food handler requirements.
- T-badge required for airport access.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in multiple cuisines is a plus.

Work Environment
This position is located at the San Francisco Airport. Various shifts are available, including 6:30am-2:30pm with either Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday off, and 3:30pm-11:30pm with either Wednesday/Thursday or Saturday/Sunday off. The role requires a minimum one-month commitment and offers union eligibility after a 90-day probation period.
Must be available to start ASAP.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.15 - $26.15/hr.
