Job Title: Travel Consultant-Corporate Implant
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Min 2 to 3 years in Travel
Job purpose: Provide a high level of customer service and support to both existing and new clients and suppliers. Provide guidance and support to clients, using a variety of communication methods to enable the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the department
Key Tasks:
Manage bookings which include domestic, international flights, Hotel & Rail.
Hands-off experience with corporate clients
GDS Knowledge is must - Preferably Galileo
Provide information on products/services- Visa, / Insurance/ Hotel
Handle refund and cancellation of Domestic/International air tickets.
Coordinate for the issuance of tickets with proper deal codes / use of bonus miles and other rewards that clients may want to utilize.
Co-ordinate with client/implant/servicing team.
Assistance in follow up with invoicing and recoveries.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Additionally provide relevant information, brochures and publications to travelers.
Flexible to work in the shifts and based on the client requirements.
