Job Summary
The Sales Advisor will support our Sales team in the fast-paced environment with the SR series to new owners and operators around the world. This person will work to design, implement and execute processes to support our growing enterprise. In addition, this person will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including acting as a liaison between production, service, accounting, training, delivery team, marketing, legal, IT and sales teams. This person will work directly with and report to the Supervisor-Sales Support.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Provide sales vs. projected sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Problem resolution: empowerment to address needs of internal and external customers.
- Work with legal team to create and edit contract, lease agreements and terms and conditions.
- Create and maintain PowerBi, Dashboards, Reports for SR sales team
- Provides product, promotion and pricing information by:
- Selecting appropriate information
- Forwarding information
- Answering questions. Fields incoming requests as needed.
- Prepare sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expenses.
- Maintain close communication with Delivery Experience Account Managers and Training department.
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure demonstration airplanes are configured as needed. Also assist in communicating marketing promotions and empower sales team to utilize tools provided.
- Responsible for keeping Sales Box (or similar) accounts up to date with current and accurate information. Develop tools to help streamline processes for sales directors.
- Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
- Support/mediator for Salesforce admin.
- Participate in events domestically and some international travel is required.

- Bachelors degree in any field or 2-4 years experience in sales support, customer service, sales administration, or project management.
